Who you are

You have a strong background in thermal engineering, with experience in developing thermal solutions for consumer electronics. You are comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and can navigate the complexities of balancing cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Your technical competence and meticulousness are evident in your work, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation is key.

You possess expertise in performing CFD simulations using tools such as Star-CCM+ or FloEFD, allowing you to assess thermal feasibility and identify potential risks. Your ability to generate data processing and statistical analysis scripts enhances team efficiency and improves data consistency. You are also skilled in test automation, which supports the validation of thermal designs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the thermal design for consumer electronics products at the system level, proposing thermal architecture and aligning with functional leads. You will perform CFD simulations to assess thermal feasibility, identify risks, and propose mitigation options. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing thermal validation activities for devices and SoC packages, which involves defining test setups, reviewing data, and tracking issues.

You will work closely with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to support product decisions, ensuring that the thermal aspects of the products meet the required standards. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering innovative solutions that enhance product integrity and performance.
