What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the local Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, focusing on onsite injury prevention and proactive safety measures. You will drive injury prevention initiatives through advanced data analysis and design targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments. Your responsibilities will include leading comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify potential hazards and transforming complex injury data into actionable strategies that protect associates. You will also champion wellness education by developing and delivering innovative training programs that engage employees in proactive health practices.
