What you'll do

As an Injury Prevention Specialist at Amazon, you will be part of the Workplace Health & Safety team, leading onsite injury prevention efforts at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with associates to improve their physical movement techniques, aiming to prevent soreness or injury through effective ergonomic training. Your role will involve driving injury prevention through advanced data analysis and evidence-based solutions, ensuring that safety excellence is achieved across all operations.

You will design and implement targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings and injury trends, leading comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate potential hazards. Your efforts will directly contribute to the safety and wellbeing of Amazon's workforce, as you transform complex injury data into actionable strategies that protect associates and optimize work processes.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will champion a culture of proactive health and injury prevention through engaging training programs and hands-on coaching. You will collaborate with the Site WHS Manager and other team members to ensure that safety practices are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
