You possess a deep understanding of design thinking and interaction design, allowing you to create compelling user experiences that resonate with millions of listeners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build prototypes that drive strategy and decision-making, from rapid explorations that validate new concepts to production-ready implementations that prove technical feasibility. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to reimagine the design-to-development workflow, eliminating bottlenecks and accelerating innovation. Your work will directly impact how millions of listeners discover, enjoy, and connect with stories every day.

You will lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions, encouraging team members to think outside the box and explore new ideas. Your ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs will be essential in shaping the future of Audible's audio experiences. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that the final products meet user needs and expectations.
