You have 4+ years of experience in UX design, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. You possess a mindset of a challenge, changemaker, and innovator, ready to tackle the complexities of live experiences in the ticketing industry. Your skills in behavioral design and systems design allow you to create impactful strategies while paying attention to the details during execution and launch. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
You are passionate about live events and understand the technical and logistical obstacles that can create friction during these experiences. Your ability to balance speed and quality ensures that you drive impact through both optimizations and new product development. You are also comfortable with experimentation and data, using these insights to inform your design decisions and improve user experiences.
What you'll do
As a Senior UX Designer at SeatGeek, you will lead the design efforts to create a best-in-class ticketing platform. You will deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists, setting direction by creating clear and impactful strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to improve component systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences across the platform. You will also be responsible for demonstrating outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, driving the evolution of SeatGeek's platform.
