You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management, engineering, and UX leaders to influence design decisions from concept to launch. Your ability to incorporate telemetry data and customer feedback into your designs ensures that you create solutions that meet user needs and business goals. You are adept at developing best-in-class user interface designs and interaction models that enhance the overall user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing next-generation experiences that empower customer service associates to resolve customer issues efficiently. You will create innovative machine learning-powered interfaces focused on customer problem-solving, ensuring that solutions are self-evident and accessible. Your work will involve developing generative AI solutions that improve the customer experience, enabling large language models to assist in content creation and customer interactions.

Your responsibilities will include creating process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups to communicate interaction behaviors effectively. You will also design UI architecture and interaction flows based on business requirements, ensuring that your designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
