Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in a technical environment where you have supported clients in leveraging analytics platforms. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have a proven track record of building relationships with clients to ensure their success. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, always putting the customer at the center of your work.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are a problem solver who takes ownership of challenges and approaches them with a growth mindset. Your experience working with diverse teams has equipped you with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and creative solutions to Amplitude's customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of the AI analytics platform. Your role will involve providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. You will be expected to support customers located in the west and central regions, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.
