You have a strong background in customer success and analytics, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through effective use of analytics tools. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive product adoption.

You are adept at managing customer relationships and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to create solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights is a key strength that you bring to the role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Architect at Mixpanel, you will engage with customers from the pre-sales phase through onboarding and beyond, ensuring they realize the full potential of the Mixpanel platform. You will conduct proof of concepts to demonstrate quick time to value and guide customers through the implementation process. Your role will involve collaborating with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will also be responsible for managing change within customer organizations, helping them adapt to new analytics processes and tools. By executing technical projects and services, you will delight customers and drive ROI on their Mixpanel investment. Your insights will help shape product development and improve customer satisfaction, making you a vital part of the Customer Success team.
