You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences and building trust with customers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Renewal Specialist at Amplitude, you will focus on maintaining and enhancing relationships with AMER Velocity customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure predictable renewals by implementing preemptive measures that enhance customer retention. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and potential issues, allowing you to proactively address concerns before they escalate.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service improvements. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather insights that can inform future strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and executing renewal strategies that align with customer goals and Amplitude's objectives.
