What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Amplitude's SDKs. You will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and usability of our tools, ensuring that developers can easily adopt and trust our platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features, optimizing existing SDKs, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to align on technical direction.

You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in best practices for Android development. Your role will involve conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will engage with developers to gather feedback on their experiences and use this information to drive enhancements to our SDKs.
