You have a strong background in technical training, ideally with experience in digital analytics platforms. You are passionate about helping others learn and adopt new technologies, and you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner. Your experience includes developing training materials and conducting workshops that enhance user engagement and understanding of analytics tools. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help clients effectively use Amplitude's digital analytics platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and functionalities, ensuring that your training content is relevant and impactful. You will conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions, providing hands-on support to users as they navigate the platform. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from participants to continuously improve training materials and methodologies. You will collaborate with customer success teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that drive user adoption and satisfaction. Additionally, you will represent Amplitude at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our platform and sharing best practices with a broader audience.
