Experience in AI technologies or developer education is a plus. Familiarity with certification frameworks and hands-on lab design will enhance your ability to create impactful training experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive training enablement program for Ema’s Agentic AI Builder. You will design structured training sessions that include hands-on labs and certification frameworks, ensuring that customer engineering teams can independently learn, build, deploy, and operate AI agents. You will work closely with product engineering and AI application engineering teams to align training content with the evolving roadmap of the Agentic AI Builder. Your responsibilities will include creating instructional materials that blend technical depth with instructional excellence, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to customers as they adopt new technologies. You will measure the success of the enablement program by tracking customer independence and satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. You will also collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to ensure that training reflects best practices in production operations.
