Who you are

You have a strong background in technical training, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs that empower users to master complex platforms. Your deep fluency in Contentful's platform allows you to create engaging and effective learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. You excel in modern instructional design, utilizing various methodologies to ensure that training is not only informative but also engaging and impactful. Your facilitation skills are top-notch, enabling you to connect with learners and adapt your approach based on their needs. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training consistency and quality across regions.

Desirable

Experience in partner enablement and training other trainers is a plus, as is familiarity with creating modular training content that can be scaled across different roles and regions. You have a passion for continuous learning and improvement, always seeking feedback to enhance your training delivery and curriculum design.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training programs that empower customers and partners to effectively use Contentful's platform. You will work closely with the Learning Services team to develop outcome-based training curricula that include both live and on-demand sessions. Your responsibilities will include creating modular classes that cater to various learning goals and timelines, ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant. You will also collaborate with APAC field teams, including Customer Success and Professional Services, to align training initiatives with customer needs and business objectives. As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in scaling training efforts across the APAC region, focusing on enhancing product knowledge and adoption among users. You will report to the Senior Director of Customer Experience and work closely with the global Learning Services team to maintain training quality and consistency.
