Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced compliance leader with a strong background in designing and implementing compliance programs. You have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) and Accredited Investor verification. Your expertise allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
You possess excellent analytical skills and can assess complex compliance frameworks. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of precision in compliance testing. Your ability to communicate effectively with auditors, regulators, and banking partners is crucial in demonstrating a robust compliance framework.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive internal compliance testing program at AngelList. You will evaluate the effectiveness of controls related to regulatory requirements, ensuring that the company can demonstrate compliance to auditors and regulators.
