What you'll do

As the Head of Market Integrity and Surveillance, you will oversee the internal audit activities for OKX's Markets Compliance function. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the organization's risk management and market integrity frameworks are effective and aligned with regulatory expectations. You will lead a team of compliance professionals, guiding them in their efforts to monitor trading operations and market conduct. Your role will involve developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that adhere to applicable digital asset, securities, and commodities laws.

You will conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure that all customer interactions and trading operations comply with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on compliance findings and presenting them to senior management.
