What you'll do

As the Head of Operations for Retail Funds at AngelList, you will own the end-to-end fund operating model, ensuring that all aspects of governance, service-provider management, and reporting cycles are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational playbooks that set the standard for excellence in fund management.

You will coordinate with various service providers to manage NAV and reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your role will involve overseeing audit processes and filings, as well as managing distribution and transfer agency coordination to facilitate smooth operations.

In this position, you will drive innovation within the fund's operations, focusing on automation and a tech-first approach to back-office functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational strategies align with the fund's goals and objectives.
