You have a proven track record in revenue operations, with extensive experience in optimizing sales processes and driving efficiency across teams. You are adept at designing and managing sales incentive commission programs, ensuring that they motivate the right behaviors and drive results. You understand the importance of accuracy in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, and you hold yourself and your team accountable for delivering precise results.

What you'll do

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations. You will lead a team responsible for overseeing sales commission, forecasting, data integrity, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing sales incentive commission programs, ensuring they align with company goals and drive desired outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership to enhance sales forecasting excellence, building strategic plans and models that optimize performance.

You will implement and manage forecasting efforts, ensuring they are integrated with other processes within the company to enable data-driven decision-making. Utilizing analytics, you will monitor performance, identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. You will develop best practices and workflows for opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales activities to improve the effectiveness of sales tools and ensure data integrity.

Additionally, you will oversee the optimization and standardization of Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with sales and partner funnel strategies. You will build, design, deploy, and support reports and dashboards via Salesforce, providing valuable insights to the sales team and senior leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth and operational efficiency.
