Overview
Equativ is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to drive growth in Retail Media Partnerships across North America. You'll develop sales strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client onboarding. This role requires extensive experience in Retail Media.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced Retail Media professional with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and a proven track record in strategic sales and growth. You have a strong ability to articulate and sell unique value propositions, particularly in the context of retail media solutions. Your expertise allows you to effectively partner with executives to define market positioning and commercial strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and continuous optimization for clients. You are results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Desirable
Experience in managing partnerships with retailers, grocers, and commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with onsite ad serving and programmatic activation will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at acquiring and growing new Retail and Commerce supply partners across North America. You will work closely with the EVP of Supply and Curation to define market positioning and provide valuable product feedback. Your responsibilities will include articulating Equativ's unique Retail Media value proposition, which encompasses onsite ad serving, audience extensions, and innovative ad formats. You will serve as a subject matter expert in the North American Retail Media landscape, tracking market trends and providing insights to drive adoption and revenue. Additionally, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for the Retail and Commerce supply business unit.
