You have a strong background in product design, ideally with experience in financial technology or complex systems. Your expertise in Figma and other design tools allows you to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for design, ensuring that every aspect of your work meets high standards of quality. You are also open to feedback and enjoy iterating on your designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer on the Funds team, you will play a central role in rearchitecting existing software into deeply configurable accounting, intelligence, and investor management systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that enhance the user experience. Your work will involve applying AI agents to streamline service-heavy back office workflows, making processes more efficient and user-friendly.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your ability to think critically about user interactions will help you create designs that not only meet functional requirements but also delight users. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision to stakeholders.

You will also contribute to the overall design strategy of the company, ensuring that your work aligns with AngelList's mission to accelerate innovation in the startup ecosystem. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping how startups are funded and built, making a significant impact on the future of private markets.
