You are a passionate user advocate who understands the importance of balancing business goals with user needs. You excel in a startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality in your work. Your experience includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to create innovative solutions that meet user needs. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, which you use to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You are self-motivated and thrive in dynamic environments where you can contribute to the overall vision and execution of product features.
Desirable
Experience in the digital asset or finance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized finance services. You may also have experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions. A portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will strengthen your application.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer at BitGo, you will lead the design of new features for our Wallet Services, starting from the initial definition and vision through to execution and launch. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that the designs are feasible and align with the overall product strategy. Your role will involve creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate your design ideas effectively. You will also conduct user research to gather insights that will inform your design decisions, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of your work. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that BitGo remains at the forefront of design innovation in the digital asset space.
What we offer
BitGo offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $165,000, along with equity and an annual performance bonus. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.
