Who you are
You have a proven track record of leadership in enablement roles, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, technical, or customer enablement. Your strong work ethic and adaptability allow you to thrive in rapidly changing environments, and you possess a deep understanding of SaaS products and their market dynamics. You are skilled in developing and executing training programs that empower teams and drive performance. Your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders ensures that you can create impactful solutions that resonate across the organization. You are open to a hybrid work arrangement in Redwood City, CA, and are willing to travel up to 25% as needed. You must not require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
Desirable
Experience in SIEM, Big Data, Cloud Security, Agentic AI, or Threat Intelligence is preferred, as is a background in developing enablement programs for channel partners and customers. You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to drive change and improve processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of global enablement programs that enhance the capabilities of sales, technical, and customer-facing teams. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored solutions that address those needs effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming sales onboarding processes and ensuring continuous education for internal teams and partners. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of enablement programs, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and drive overall success. You will also analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve them continuously. Your role will involve working closely with the VP of Professional Services and Training to align enablement strategies with broader organizational objectives.
