Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing training programs that enhance team performance. Your expertise in onboarding processes has helped sales and customer success teams decrease ramp-up time significantly. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product leadership, to identify training needs and develop effective solutions. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to create and manage metrics frameworks that measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on performance.
You are proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, ensuring that these tools are utilized to their maximum potential. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance training initiatives to drive better results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be 100% responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enablement programs for the Sales and Customer Success teams. You will develop comprehensive onboarding programs that not only decrease ramp-up time but also equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leadership, you will identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends, ensuring that the teams are well-prepared to meet their goals.
You will create and manage a metrics framework to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, analyzing data to understand their impact on team performance. Collaborating with Sales Operations, you will ensure that tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce are leveraged effectively to support the enablement efforts. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
