You have extensive experience in sales enablement and leadership roles, ideally with a focus on go-to-market strategies. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to enhance their effectiveness and drive productivity. You understand the nuances of onboarding and continuous training for sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. You are a strategic thinker who can align enablement initiatives with broader business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the sales organization.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leadership and field teams. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt training programs accordingly demonstrates your commitment to driving results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of GTM Field Enablement, you will own the onboarding and continuous training journey for direct go-to-market roles, ensuring that time-to-productivity is constantly accelerating. You will lead the development and execution of training programs that enhance proficiency in Snowflake’s sales methodology and go-to-market plays. Your role will involve field-testing new programs to ensure they are practical and valuable for sellers, adapting them based on feedback and performance metrics.

You will also focus on leadership development, creating manager-specific onboarding programs that equip frontline managers with the skills needed to coach their teams effectively. By fostering a culture of enablement, you will ensure that every member of the Snowflake GTM engine knows what to do, how to do it, and has the skills to win. Your strategic partnership with sales and revenue leadership will be crucial in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, driving quota attainment and overall business success.
