Desirable

Experience with Google Analytics and other data visualization tools is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of projects and drive meaningful change through data.

What you'll do

As Anrok's first dedicated analytics hire, you will take ownership of the analytics program, evolving the metrics and frameworks that guide the business. You will analyze customer behavior and lifecycle trends to identify opportunities for improving product experience and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure data is accurate, actionable, and accessible. You will also be responsible for developing reports and dashboards that provide insights into customer interactions and business performance. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions and drive growth for the company.
