You are proficient in SQL and have hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL and BigQuery. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover patterns in data and identify opportunities for improvement. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure product performance and contribute to strategic discussions about product development.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of a rapidly scaling company. You are passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Data Analyst at Two Dots, you will be responsible for writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our Postgres and BigQuery databases. You will build dashboards and visualizations that help the team understand how our AI-powered underwriting system performs in the real world. Your insights will directly influence product decisions and help shape our product roadmap.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. This includes analyzing underwriting data to uncover patterns and trends that can inform our strategies. You will also be the go-to person for translating complex data into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that data insights are aligned with business goals. You will participate in team meetings to discuss findings and contribute to strategic planning sessions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in helping the company navigate the complexities of the financial landscape and improve our platform's effectiveness.
