You have over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in technology sectors, and have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Your ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders is exceptional, allowing you to effectively position AI as a strategic business transformation driver. You are adept at consultative sales processes and can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions tailored to the Japanese market.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable orchestrating internal teams to deliver customized solutions for complex enterprise requirements. Your understanding of key industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing enables you to identify high-value opportunities and execute territory plans effectively. You are also skilled in providing critical feedback to shape product roadmaps and regional strategies.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with major Japanese corporations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions, helping enterprises transform their operations and achieve their business goals. You will lead consultative sales processes, engaging with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to understand their needs and position AI as a key driver of transformation.
You will build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across various industries. Collaborating with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Applied AI, you will deliver customized solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the Japan go-to-market strategy by identifying new use cases and providing feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
