Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships with VP and C-level contacts, understanding their needs, and articulating the value of your solutions. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals is a key strength. You are data-driven and can provide detailed reports on your progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales efforts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Desirable
Experience in the API or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Postmanβs platform. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively educate customers on the value of your offerings throughout the evaluation and adoption cycle.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption within a portfolio of strategic prospects and customers. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets. You will drive an effective land-and-expand motion to increase Postmanβs footprint within organizations, helping to educate customers on the value of Postman Enterprise throughout their journey. You will generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Additionally, you will provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
