What you'll do

In this role, you will author detailed ASC 606 technical accounting memos that analyze complex revenue recognition scenarios and provide accounting conclusions. You will evaluate and establish revenue recognition treatment for new product offerings, including performance obligation identification and contract modification assessments. Additionally, you will advise business stakeholders on the revenue accounting implications of new pricing models and unique commercial arrangements.

You will review revenue contracts and prepare technical accounting documentation, including ASC 606 checklists and position papers, to ensure compliance with accounting standards. Your contributions will significantly impact the financial infrastructure of Anthropic, helping to build beneficial AI systems.
