What you'll do

As a Partner Operations Specialist at Anthropic, you will be the operational engine behind the partner ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include processing deal registrations submitted by partners, ensuring that all submissions are complete and routed through the necessary approval workflows. You will also update Salesforce records and communicate the status of these registrations to relevant stakeholders.

In addition to deal registrations, you will administer Market Development Fund programs. This involves validating requests, tracking allocations, and processing proof-of-execution submissions. You will coordinate reimbursements with partners, ensuring that they receive the support they need to succeed.

You will work closely with the Partnerships team and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations. Your role will require you to resolve issues as they arise and maintain systems that support both partners and internal teams. You will be in the details daily, processing requests and ensuring that all transactions are accurate.
