Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience supporting sales teams throughout the sales cycle. You are proficient in using Salesforce.com CRM and CPQ systems, which allows you to assist sales representatives effectively. Your ability to manage high-volume intake queues while maintaining consistent service level agreements (SLAs) is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to meeting customer needs through efficient operations.

You understand the importance of communication and teamwork in achieving sales goals. Your organizational skills enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. You are adaptable and can work on a fixed overnight schedule, demonstrating your commitment to the role and the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support all sales teams and channel partners throughout the complete sales cycle to meet customer needs. You will work within the Salesforce.com CRM and CPQ system to assist sales representatives in managing their workflows. Your responsibilities will include managing a high-volume intake queue, ensuring that all requests are processed efficiently and within established SLAs. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports within the CRM system, providing insights that help drive sales performance. Your role will involve regular communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about ongoing operations.
