Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in finance systems, where you've successfully led ERP implementations and collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. Your expertise in Workday Financials is complemented by a strong understanding of financial data models and reporting requirements. You excel in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You possess a deep understanding of financial processes and have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Your analytical skills enable you to develop insightful reporting capabilities that support decision-making within the finance organization. You are comfortable navigating complex systems and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that the financial systems you implement are robust and scalable.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the internal functional lead for the Workday Financials implementation, owning the design and configuration of the Financial Data Model (FDM) and Chart of Accounts. You will partner with consultants to drive configuration decisions and validate designs, ensuring that business requirements are met effectively. Your role will involve developing Prism Analytics solutions to enhance financial reporting and analytics capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and finance stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of the new ERP platform. This includes gathering requirements, building reporting capabilities, and providing training to users. As you shape how Anthropic's finance organization operates, you will play a critical role in preparing the company for public readiness, ensuring that financial systems are aligned with strategic goals.
