You are an experienced Business Systems Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in People Operations and HR Service Delivery. You have a strong background in process transformation and optimization, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes makes you a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivery teams alike.
You possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, enabling you to manage, maintain, and optimize its use within the organization. Your strong process leadership skills allow you to define current and future-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that align with best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive platform maturity and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow process transformation initiatives across People Operations. You will partner closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and optimize processes, ensuring they align with ServiceNow standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting gap analyses, recommending best-practice solutions, and overseeing the testing and adoption of new processes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, driving roadmap decisions and promoting continuous improvement through metrics and governance. Your expertise in HR Service Delivery Case Management and Employee Workflows will be pivotal in enhancing the overall efficiency of the People Operations team. You will lead workshops focused on process definition and re-engineering, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also scalable for future growth.
