Your deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform allows you to act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery teams. You excel in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for global, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement through metrics and governance.

You possess strong process leadership skills and are adept at conducting gap analysis and recommending scalable solutions. Your consultative, process-driven approach enables you to lead workshops for process definition and re-engineering, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout the transformation journey. You are comfortable working with business sponsors and product owners, guiding them through the intricacies of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

What you'll do
