What you'll do

In this role, you will own the educational design for Anthropic's certification programs, ensuring that the content is current, rigorous, and scalable. You will collaborate with various teams to identify certification needs and develop the corresponding curriculum and assessment strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing assessment components that accurately measure competencies and creating AI-native systems that allow for efficient content management across multiple programs. You will also be involved in audience planning and pricing strategies, working closely with partners to enhance the overall certification experience. Your role will require you to think innovatively about how to assess knowledge and skills, utilizing technology to improve the learning journey for users.
