You have a strong background in educational design and assessment, with a focus on creating rigorous and scalable certification programs. You think critically about what constitutes effective learning and assessment, moving beyond traditional methods like multiple-choice exams. Your experience allows you to design competency frameworks and curriculum architecture that meet the needs of diverse audiences. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including go-to-market and partnerships, to define certification needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You are excited about leveraging AI to enhance assessment processes and create adaptive learning experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to making education accessible and effective.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the educational design for Anthropic's certification programs, ensuring that the content is current, rigorous, and scalable. You will collaborate with various teams to identify certification needs and develop the corresponding curriculum and assessment strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing assessment components that accurately measure competencies and creating AI-native systems that allow for efficient content management across multiple programs.
