What you'll do

In this role, you will own the single source of truth for trainer-facing materials, ensuring that they are current, consistent, and high-quality across various contexts. You will design content architectures that are adaptable for AI-assisted training, allowing for efficient updates and modifications. Your responsibilities will include building automated quality loops that flag content drift or staleness, ensuring that all training materials remain relevant and effective.

You will collaborate with internal teams to understand real trainer needs and translate those into actionable systems rather than just slide decks. Your work will involve embedding with teams to gather insights and feedback, which will inform the development of new tools and processes. You will also be responsible for creating tooling that enables educators to operate at a level that historically required a full enablement team, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of training efforts.
