You have a strong background in compliance and regulatory frameworks, with experience in building operational infrastructures that support compliance functions. Your leadership skills enable you to manage teams effectively and ensure accountability across various compliance pillars. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to oversee policy lifecycles and compliance training programs. You understand the importance of building trust through demonstrated accountability and are committed to fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to these industries. You are proactive in identifying compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Your ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Compliance Oversight Lead, you will own the compliance training program, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and track training that meets regulatory requirements and organizational needs. You will manage the policy lifecycle, ensuring that all policies are drafted, approved, and accessible to employees. Your role will involve creating and maintaining frameworks that support compliance across the organization, ensuring consistency and visibility in compliance efforts. You will also be responsible for reporting mechanisms that demonstrate accountability and compliance to employees, customers, regulators, and the public. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the compliance function as the company grows, and you will work closely with various teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
