What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end accounting processes for workplace and workforce operations. You will lead the design and implementation of core accounting infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of Anthropic as it scales. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic initiatives such as system selection and implementation, close acceleration, and the development of a robust control framework. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that financial operations support the company's mission of developing safe and beneficial AI systems.
You will also be responsible for building and leading a world-class accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be essential in providing the financial foundation that enables Anthropic to focus on its mission.
