What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Safeguards Data Infra team, you will lead a group of engineers responsible for developing the data infrastructure that underpins Anthropic's safeguards capabilities. You will own the strategy and execution for porting the safeguards offline data stack across various cloud environments, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of data privacy and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build privacy-preserving data interfaces that enable machine learning and training workflows.

Your role will involve mentoring and growing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the organization's standards for quality and security. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and privacy, ensuring that Anthropic remains at the forefront of responsible AI deployment.
