What you'll do

As the Security Engineering Manager, you will lead the Access, Tooling, and Operations Management team, responsible for developing and implementing the access management strategy across Meta. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization, ensuring that security practices are integrated into all aspects of Meta's operations. Your role will involve overseeing the engineering and operational activities related to access management, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is equipped to handle complex security challenges.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing guidance on technical issues and fostering an environment where team members can grow and excel. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you explain security risks and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, helping to shape the security posture of the company. You will work closely with other engineering teams to ensure that security is a priority in all projects and initiatives.
