You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with IT Engineering and Security teams to enhance the overall employee experience. What you'll do
As an IT Support Engineer at Anthropic, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving a variety of support issues across hardware, software, and networking. You will primarily handle requests through our ticketing system, but also provide support via Slack and in-person interactions. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms, ensuring that all employees have the tools they need to perform their best work.
You will troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement, while also supporting access management and employee lifecycle workflows. Your contributions will help streamline IT operations and improve the overall employee experience, making it easier for everyone to focus on their work.
