Who you are

You have several years of programming experience, ideally with the ability to build a server in Node.js. You are excited to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, recognizing the importance of finding high-quality knowledge for the world. Your experience includes responding to customer inquiries and providing effective solutions. You are passionate about creating automated systems and support knowledge bases that enhance customer experience.

Desirable

Experience with machine learning projects is a plus, as you may work on intelligent ticket routing systems to categorize and prioritize incoming support requests. Familiarity with building automated customer support bots will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Support Engineer at Exa, you will help provide customer and internal team support by executing on engineering problems as they arise. You will be involved in fixing bugs in both the frontend and backend that customers point out, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your role will also include collaborating with engineering teams to enhance the infrastructure that supports our search engine. You will contribute to the development of high-performance vector databases and assist in maintaining our $5M H200 GPU cluster, which powers our AI applications.
