You have experience in providing IT support, ideally in a corporate environment, where you've developed strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with users ensures that you can address their needs in a professional and timely manner. You are methodical in your approach to resolving technical issues, whether they arise from desktop environments or enterprise systems. Your organizational skills allow you to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing the needs of local and remote users. You are familiar with both Windows and macOS operating systems, enabling you to provide comprehensive support across different platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong professional relationships with colleagues and users alike.

What you'll do

As an IT Support Engineer at Welocalize, you will be responsible for providing professional IT support to employees in India and other locations. You will manage support requests through the Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Your role will involve providing in-depth desktop support, including laptop provisioning, warranty repairs, and replacements. You will also support users across the company's enterprise systems, proactively communicating with them to understand their needs and resolve any technical challenges they face.
