What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Inference Developer Productivity, you will lead a new team dedicated to improving the effectiveness of engineers within the Inference organization. Your responsibilities will include owning the toolchains and workflows that engineers rely on daily, ensuring that their development environment is efficient and effective. You will establish priorities that keep engineering velocity high and drive investments that meet the unique needs of the Inference team.

You will collaborate closely with Anthropic's central Infrastructure organization to align on company-wide developer productivity efforts while tailoring solutions for your team. Your role will involve setting clear goals, measuring success, and iterating on processes to continuously improve the developer experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team members, fostering their growth, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
