Who you are
You have a proven track record in partner marketing, ideally within the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of co-marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth. Your experience includes managing complex relationships with cloud providers, system integrators, and resellers, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and impactful. You thrive in high-autonomy environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to execution, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Your ability to design and execute partner events is exceptional — you understand how to create experiences that not only engage but also convert. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing, to align on goals and ensure that partner initiatives are integrated into the broader go-to-market strategy. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of partnerships both internally and externally.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics. You are data-driven and can measure the success of your initiatives through metrics that matter, such as qualified leads and partner satisfaction. A background in event management or marketing operations will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As the Partner Marketing Lead for EMEA, you will own the partner campaign calendar, managing everything from joint field events to bespoke partner roundtables. Your role will involve designing and executing co-branded activations at tier-1 industry conferences, ensuring that each event is strategically aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with partner sales and alliance teams to create moments that move deals forward, fostering a genuine investment in Anthropic's success among partners.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the partner ecosystem and building briefs that secure necessary resources for execution. Your ability to operate with urgency will be crucial as you navigate the fast-paced environment of partner marketing.
