You are an energetic and results-oriented marketing professional with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth. You have experience in localizing global demand strategies for specific markets, particularly in the EMEA region. Your data-driven approach allows you to optimize marketing funnels effectively, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable business impact. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RevOps, and Brand.
Desirable
You have a background in digital marketing and are familiar with the latest trends and tools in the industry. Experience in AI-driven marketing strategies is a plus, as is a strong understanding of the digital landscape in the EMEA region.
What you'll do
As the Marketing Lead for EMEA at Webflow, you will spearhead regional demand generation programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue. You will work closely with Sales and Sales Development leadership to create strategies that drive qualified leads. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution of high-performing marketing programs. You will analyze data to inform your decisions and continuously optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates.
