Overview

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to drive the EMEA marketing strategy and impact regional pipeline performance. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and initiatives. This role requires significant marketing expertise and experience in regional execution.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology sector. You possess a deep understanding of regional marketing strategies and how to translate global demand programs into effective local execution. Your ability to collaborate with sales and SDR teams is key, as you will be working closely with them to optimize campaigns and drive pipeline growth.

You are data-driven and have experience in managing inbound marketing, campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and field marketing initiatives. Your expertise allows you to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable feedback to improve regional relevance. You are comfortable working autonomously and have a proven track record of achieving regional revenue goals.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics platforms will enhance your ability to drive results. You are a strong communicator and can effectively represent the EMEA region in global marketing discussions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the EMEA marketing plan, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regional revenue objectives. You will coordinate with marketing leaders to operationalize platform strategies and ensure that regional execution aligns with brand and go-to-market objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving sourced and influenced pipeline for EMEA through various initiatives, including inbound marketing, campaigns, ABM, and field events.

You will translate global campaigns into effective regional executions, partnering with global teams to provide insights on performance and relevance. Additionally, you will work closely with EMEA sales and SDR teams to deploy campaigns that support outbound motions across priority segments and accounts. Planning and executing regional events will also be part of your responsibilities, aimed at accelerating pipeline progression and supporting deal closures.
