You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your ability to work alongside startup teams through pair programming and architecture reviews demonstrates your commitment to their success. You are passionate about leveraging AI to create beneficial systems that are interpretable and steerable.

What you'll do
As an Applied AI Engineer at Anthropic, you will engage deeply with high-potential startups, helping them to innovate and develop their products using AI technologies. You will lead technical engagements, providing guidance on implementation and agent design while collaborating with startup engineering teams. Your hands-on approach will include pair programming and contributing code that accelerates their development.
You will develop prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation suites and AI engineering techniques, to support startups in their journey. By working closely with Applied AI Architects and other team members, you will ensure that startups have the resources they need to succeed with Claude. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of AI applications in various industries.
