What you'll do
As an Applied AI Engineer at Anthropic, you will lead deep technical engagements with high-potential startups, helping them develop innovative use cases that leverage AI technology. You will work hands-on with startup engineering teams, engaging in pair programming, architecture reviews, and code contributions that accelerate their development processes. Your role will involve developing prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation frameworks and AI engineering techniques, to support the success of these startups.
You will collaborate closely with Applied AI Architects and Account Executives to ensure that startups are effectively utilizing the Claude Developer Platform. Your insights will help shape the technical resources and support structures that enable these companies to scale their AI solutions successfully. You will also be responsible for guiding startups through the implementation of agent design and other advanced AI functionalities.
