Who you are

You have a strong background in engaging with the startup ecosystem, ideally with experience in developer relations or advocacy. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner makes you an effective liaison between technical teams and startup founders. You are passionate about AI and its potential to benefit society, and you understand the challenges and opportunities within the startup landscape.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and product management. Your experience in organizing hands-on workshops and events demonstrates your commitment to developer enablement and community building. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to connect with developers and foster relationships that lead to platform adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face of Anthropic in the startup ecosystem, driving awareness and activation among founders and their technical teams. You will lead hands-on developer onboarding experiences at ecosystem events, converting startup founders and their engineers from first API interaction to committed platform adoption. Your focus will be on building scalable enablement programs, including hands-on workshops, build-a-thons, and technical office hours, that activate developers at VC and accelerator partner events.

You will develop a playbook for turning ecosystem touchpoints into active, building developers on Anthropic's platform. Collaborating closely with the Startups GTM team, you will convert ecosystem relationships with VCs, accelerators, and founder communities into active developers. Your role will involve continuous engagement with the developer community, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed on the Claude Developer Platform.
