What you'll do

As a member of the Compute Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will own initiatives that support Anthropic's compute capacity planning and allocation strategy. You will execute and maintain capacity planning models, collaborating with data science and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting. You will support new product launches and serve as the compute expert for all launches, acting as the key point of contact for product capacity strategy and planning. Your role will involve creating regular capacity forecasts and participating in quarterly planning processes. You will tackle ambiguous but critical strategic questions related to compute capacity, ensuring that your work contributes to a best-in-class customer experience for Anthropic’s users.
